Donguri's an a la carte menu is highlighting chef specials. We also have Omakase (chef's tasting menu) which begins with items such as simmered monkfish liver and clear soup with edamame quenelle before building a sashimi assortment and simmered red snapper with turnip. You can cleanse your pallet with small snowy sushi before moving to the main course where you can enjoy such as grilled Chilean Sea Bas or Miyazaki Wagyu Beef. If you still have room, following this is the after dinner green tea buckwheat noodle and homemade sweets for dessert. The overall Omakase menu is tweaked often. It goes through a complete overhaul anywhere from 6-8 times a year, in order to take into account seasonal ingredients.
